This app is well worth the price
This app is excellent for testing REST APIs - both those I am consuming and those I am writing. I had been using Cocoa before because it was free, but did some Googling and heard about this one. It is well worth the $50. Specifying Authentication is easy to do and the UI is better (Cocoa has some weird bugs when editing headers) and more comprehensive.
One feature that’s really nice (although it took me a minute to realize what was going on) is that it has an option to automatically store and resend cookies.
But the killer feature in my opinion (compared to Cocoa) is being able to create multiple REST calls and save them off in a single “.paw" file. This allows me to create a test harness that I can check in to source control with the rest of my project.
Two thumbs up.
