Paw (HTTP & REST Client) Paw (HTTP & REST Client)

Good app

This is a good app if you’re working with HTTP calls. UI is friendly, easy to use and that’s all that really matters. I mean when you’re testing HTTP calls, you want to see results quickly and focus on fixing issues. Great job PAW team.

Some areas of improvement:

As you know, there is a massive shift to HTTPS and pretty much any decent API today uses SSL. A great addition to PAW would be a proxy feature (similar to Charles) that can help decode HTTPS calls via the proxy. Second isssue is that PAW is not able to read NDJSON results. This might be a regression, I didn’t have any issues w/ JSON parsing before.

Overall, very happy with PAW, it’s a good app. If you guys add proxy / HTTPS support (and let’s not forget SSL certs to install on Genymotion & other devices), I’ll ditch Charles in an instant :)
